Fanclub Rules
The Lang Lang Fanclub feels obligated to provide all of its members with an environment that permits enjoyable, friendly interaction. For this reason, we would like to ask you to observe the following rules and information.
Member Area The following content and services are reserved for our members
- Receipt of the Newsletter
- Contests
- Fanclub actions such as Live-Chat or Fan Meetings with Lang Lang
- Fanclub News
- Private photos and personal statements from Lang Lang
- Private videos of Lang Lang
Membership - Membership in the Lang Lang Fanclub is free of charge
- The only requirement for membership is that you fill out a Registration Form. You will then receive a Password at the e-mail address you have indicated with which you can log into the Member Area
- Minors require the consent of their legal guardian in order to become a member
- Personal data can be changed or deleted at any time
- Registration can only be successfully completed if you declare your agreement with our Data Protection Declaration
- We recommend that you specify a screen name (nickname) in order to protect your anonymity on the web. If you do not specify a nickname, then your last name will automatically be used for Guestbook Entries.
- The imitation of another legal entity or natural person, in particular that of a Fanclub member, or the use of screen names (nicknames) of third parties is prohibited.
Using the Guestbook - We ask all users to show respect for the others and to refrain from making insulting or even illegal entries.
- Insulting or illegal entries will be deleted as quickly as possible and the user will be blocked.
- We endeavor to examine the Guestbook on a regular, frequent basis. Nevertheless, the authors of the entries are responsible for the entries and as the operator, we do not assume any liability for such whatsoever.
- In the event that despite this, you still feel insulted or injured by Guestbook entries, please notify our Moderator in regard to such entries. We will then look into and clarify the matter.
Copyrights - If not otherwise expressly specified, the copyrights for all pictures, graphics and texts belong to their respective authors or creators as well as the liability for the material used in each instance.
Guestbook Disclaimer Under the Guestbook heading, we compile entries on this fan website made by third parties. To the extent that individual entries injure the rights of other third parties or contain content that is illegal on other grounds, the respective author in each case is responsible for the violation. We nevertheless endeavor to conduct controls on a regular basis. Responsibility for content, regardless of what type, is not assumed by us as a result of these controls.
